She explored many areas of the world and expressed a love for the Native American way of life through travel, books, collectibles and artwork. You could always find Barb reading a good book or cheering on the Red Wings among many other sports teams. As an avid dog lover she couldn’t get enough of her 7 grand dogs. A favorite memory of Barb’s children while growing up was the amazing spread of various Scandinavian Christmas cookies she would make every year assuring that each child had their favorite cookie in the mix.
